How does it work?

Myport has installed Base Stations at hotels and marinas around Australia. Provided you are in range of one these Base Stations, then you will be able to utilise our service for short or long term use.

How much will it cost ?

We currently have three pricing plans available:

Both Plans require a minimum signup period of 6 month. 
Cancellation prior to this will incur $150 charge.

How do you connect and pay?

Simply connect to our Wireless Hotspot and open internet Explorer.
The first page to appear should be the Myport Home page.

Click on signup and you will be able to select from a series of prepaid or monthly plans.

Two payment options are available for monthly plans.
1. Credit Card - We will automatically charge it each month.
2. Direct Deposit - You deposit money into our account each month by visiting a Bank of Queensland Branch or by using internet banking

A Monthly Data allowance that accumulates - what does this mean?

If you don't use your data one month then it will accumulate the next month.
This will continue to happen until you reach a total of 20GB

How fast will my connection be ?

This all depends on how close you are to our base station. All of our sites have as a minimum an 8MB / 384KB ADSL connection and at some sites we have ADSL2 with speeds of 20MB / 1MB.

What happens if I use all my data?

Your account will stop working but you have 2 options.
1. You can purchase more data using the Refill page - $11.95 per GB or $89.95 for 10GB
2. You can wait until your expiry date and your account will be refilled.
